What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you'll play an important role supporting the accounting team by:



  • Preparing journal entries and supporting the month-end close process.

  • Performing monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.

  • Supporting general ledger accounting activities across multiple entities.

  • Reconciling intercompany receivable and payable accounts while partnering with domestic and international affiliates to resolve differences.

  • Assisting with internal and external audits.

  • Participating in process improvement initiatives designed to increase efficiency and strengthen internal controls.

  • Supporting special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.


Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:



  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.

  • Approximately 2–4 years of hands-on general ledger accounting experience, including:

    • Journal entries

    • General ledger accounting

    • Account reconciliations

    • Month-end close



  • Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, and formulas.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fully remote environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with any of the following would be a plus:



  • NetSuite

  • Microsoft Dynamics Navision

  • Sage Fixed Assets

  • IBM i / AS400

  • Multi-entity and/or multi-jurisdiction accounting

  • CPA or actively pursuing a CPA

  • SQL experience
