With ambitious international growth plans already underway, this role will play a critical part in scaling the brand across multiple Amazon marketplaces worldwide.</p><p>Reporting directly into the Head of E-commerce, the Amazon E-commerce Executive will take full ownership of the day-to-day management of 12 Amazon territories, ensuring operational excellence, strong brand representation, and continued commercial growth.</p><p>This is a permanent, remote-based role offering autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to make a tangible impact within a high-growth business.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Amazon Account Ownership</b></p><ul><li>Own the daily operation of 12 international Amazon marketplaces.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for Amazon Seller and Vendor Central accounts.</li><li>Proactively manage case resolution, account health, policy compliance, and escalations.</li><li>Ensure consistent operational standards, strong seller metrics, and marketplace compliance.</li><li>Maintain high standards across catalogue accuracy, pricing governance, and brand presentation.</li></ul><p><b>Listing Optimisation and Content</b></p><ul><li>Own the optimisation of all Amazon listings across territories, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, storefronts, and brand assets.</li><li>Ensure listings are optimised for SEO, conversion, and local market requirements.</li><li>Manage new product launches across international marketplaces.</li><li>Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual standards globally.</li></ul><p><b>International Expansion</b></p><ul><li>Play a key role in the international expansion of the brand across Amazon marketplaces.</li><li>Support the setup, launch, and scaling of new Amazon territories.</li><li>Ensure content localisation and compliance with regional marketplace requirements.</li><li>Identify and evaluate growth opportunities in existing and emerging markets.</li><li>Work closely with internal teams to deliver global expansion plans.</li></ul><p><b>Commercial Performance</b></p><ul><li>Support Amazon growth initiatives aligned with wider e-commerce objectives.</li><li>Plan and manage promotions, deals, and seasonal activity.</li><li>Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and category performance.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversion, and operational efficiency.</li></ul><p><b>Analysis and Reporting</b></p><ul><li>Analyse performance across all Amazon territories to identify trends and opportunities.</li><li>Deliver clear insights and recommendations to the Head of E-commerce and wider stakeholders.</li><li>Stay up to date with Amazon platform developments and best practices.</li></ul><p><b>Experience and Skills Required</b></p><ul><li>Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (at least 3 years)</li><li>Experience operating across multiple international Amazon marketplaces.</li><li>Strong background in listing optimisation, case resolution, and full account ownership.</li><li>Commercially minded with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li><li>Experience with Amazon advertising or paid media is a bonus but not required.</li></ul><p><b>Role and Benefits</b></p><ul><li>Permanent role with an initial probation period</li><li>Fully remote position</li><li>Bonus structure</li><li>20 days annual leave plus public holidays</li><li>Pension scheme</li></ul> Salary: GBP 36000 - 60000 per year Experience: 3 years required
