These are the ideas at the core of Airbnb:<br><br><ul><li>Our community is based on connection and belonging. </li><li>Our creativity allows us to imagine new possibilities for people. </li><li>Our responsibility is to all of our stakeholders. </li><li>It takes a unified team committed to our core values to embody these ideas, and our fast-moving team is committed to leading as a 21st century company<br><br></li></ul><strong>Responsibilities:<br><br></strong>Support contract renewals, including stakeholder alignment, spend forecasting, and facilitation of internal approval processes<br><br>Support and facilitate RFIs, vendor exploration, and market research<br><br>Design, implement, and maintain operational governance frameworks, SOPs, and controls to ensure consistent, auditable processes across teams<br><br>Drive spend and usage analysis to inform budget forecasting and contract negotiation prep; track invoices and establish reporting to improve hygiene and transparency<br><br>Prepare governance reporting and materials for leadership<br><br>Facilitate change management and drive operational streamlining<br><br>Partner closely and effectively with team members and key stakeholders across sourcing, finance, product management, engineering, and operations<br><br>Own coordination, timeline planning, and cross-functional meetings/follow-ups to ensure successful delivery across a complex execution space<br><br>Support Travel & Expense (T&E) analysis across Fraud and Safety Operations, including spend by team, performance against forecast, budget release opportunities, and areas requiring tighter controls.<br><br>Help build the T&E reporting/program structure from the ground up.<br><br>Develop and maintain SOPs, processes, governance models, controls, and reporting frameworks.<br><br><strong>Qualifications:<br><br></strong>Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience<br><br>Strong Business Analyst, Business Operations, or Program or Project Management background<br><br>Highly organized and execution-oriented; able to bring structure to developing programs.<br><br>Comfortable operating in a complex, cross-functional environment and driving work forward without formal authority.<br><br>Able to translate data and operational information into concise, executive-level communication for business insight.<br><br><strong>Belonging & Accommodations:<br><br></strong>Airbnb is committed to working with the best and brightest people from the broadest talent pool possible.
