Title: Command and Base Event Day Staff (Part-Time) Location: Miami Gardens, FL  Work Type: Onsite, Part Time Job Description: Command Center and Base Event Day Staff (Part-Time) Department: Campus Operations Direct Supervisor: Manager, Operations Planning Summary: The Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium are looking for Command Center and Base Event Day Staff to work events at Hard Rock Stadium including Miami Dolphins games, the Miami Open, the Formula Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, University of Miami Hurricanes games, concerts, soccer matches, and more. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively with management staff, police officers and other on-site emergency departments. This critical role collaborates with stadium security, guest experience, and stadium operations to facilitate plans-of-action for emergency and non-emergency incidents during events in order to maintain the safety and security of our facility. Location: This is a part-time/hourly position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. This position pays $20 per hour. Responsibilities: Prioritize and dispatch stadium personnel in response to non-emergency and emergency service calls retrieved via phone call, SMS message, and radio on Hard Rock Stadium grounds. Utilize multi-channel communication systems for dispatch and maintain call logs via Incident Management Software. Process and evaluate incoming incident reports via 24/7 Software and respond using appropriate communication and dispatch procedures. Adhere to ad hoc requests from management. Qualifications: High School Diploma required. Proficiency in English is required, Spanish is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to take initiative and thrive in a critical, fast-paced environment is required. Willingness to work long and varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong typing, computer, and technology skills, with a basic understanding of database collection. Familiarity with security policies, procedures, and practices is a plus.
