As an EMEA Trade Compliance Analyst, you will support Littelfuse’s EMEA operations by ensuring that import, export, and trade compliance processes meet regulatory requirements. You will work closely with internal teams across multiple regions to identify risks, perform audits, and implement improvements. This role combines regulatory expertise, analytical skills, and collaboration to help Littelfuse maintain efficient and compliant supply-chain operations. About the Job: • Plan and execute internal trade compliance audits across EMEA operations, covering import, export, AEO, and related regulatory obligations. • Identify non-compliances, test key controls, and support the definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. • Provide technical expertise in product classification, including HS codes, export control classifications, origin determination, and preferential origin qualification. • Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of regional trade compliance procedures and control documentation, ensuring alignment with global policies and evolving regulatory requirements. • Monitor regulatory developments and assess associated risks, providing guidance to operational teams and leadership. • Support regional audit readiness activities, including internal audits, AEO assessments, and regulatory compliance testing. • Contribute to cross-functional projects related to compliance system enhancements, process redesign, or regulatory implementation. About You: • Professional or higher education in International Trade, International Business, Law, or related field. • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in import/export operations, trade compliance, or internal audit. • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, export controls, product classification, origin determination, Incoterms, and licensing requirements. • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and process orientation. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English. Additional European languages are a plus. • Comfortable working across multiple regions and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Self-motivated, structured, and able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
