As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering reliable reporting, analytics, and data assurance to various business stakeholders and company analysts. If you possess a passion for data analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Key Responsibilities:• Update and prioritize data requests that arise for Airport Operations and Contact Centers' training• Field daily training data requests from operational workgroups• Collaborate with the HR analytics and reporting team to assist with dashboard and/or report creation• Communicate findings to business leaders through formal presentations or reports• Extract data from multiple sources for use in analysis, models, and project development• Create, design, and implement analytical models, data tracking, and dashboard processes that support team projects• Utilize tools, methodologies, and documents to analyze and present dataWhat It Takes to Succeed:To excel in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
