About the Role

BOCO Gear is seeking a talented and detail-oriented graphic designer to join our team. This is a high-volume production design role focused on creating custom headwear and accessory designs for a wide range of clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances creativity with efficiency, and consistently delivers high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Colorado residents only. BOCO Gear is headquartered in Boulder, Colorado, this position is fully remote.

What You'll Do

  • Design custom headwear and accessories for clients across the endurance sports industry
  • Develop accurate manufacturing-ready artwork and production plans
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs align with customer expectations and production requirements
  • Maintain high quality and attention to detail throughout the design process
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of relevant professional design experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong illustration skills
  • Experience in apparel design and/or retail merchandising
  • Interest in athletic apparel, outdoor products, and current fashion trends
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proven success producing high-quality work under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Bonus Points

  • Active participation in endurance sports such as running, cycling, triathlon, or other outdoor pursuits.
