Title: IFS Supply Chain Consultant
Location : Remote
Target Start Date : ASAP
Type: Contract to hire
Pay Rate: $50-$60/hr

We are currently supporting our client in their search for an IFS Supply Chain Consultant. In this role, you will guide the implementation and optimization of supply chain modules within the IFS Applications suite. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into efficient digital workflows, ensuring that the system fully supports logistics, procurement, and inventory activities.

The Role

As a Consultant, you will act as the bridge between operational needs and technical execution. You will configure the IFS environment to align with our client's strategic goals, ensuring a seamless flow of data across the supply chain.

What You Will Do
  • System Configuration: Lead the setup and optimization of IFS modules related to procurement, inventory control, planning, and logistics.

  • Workflow Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and efficient digital workflows within the IFS suite.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner directly with department heads and stakeholders to identify pain points and implement system-driven solutions.

  • Implementation & Support: Provide expert-level guidance during IFS Cloud or Apps 10 implementations, upgrades, and post-go-live support.

  • Documentation: Create comprehensive functional documentation and training materials to ensure high user adoption and system integrity.

What You Bring to the Table
  • IFS Expertise: Proven experience implementing or supporting IFS Applications (specifically within supply chain-related modules).

  • Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of core supply chain functions, including procurement, inventory management, and planning.

  • Version Proficiency: Familiarity with IFS Cloud or IFS Apps 10 is highly preferred.

  • Analytical Problem-Solving: The ability to convert high-level functional requirements into granular system configurations.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.


Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
