<div><strong>POS-4695</strong><br/><strong><strong>Role Summary</strong></strong><br/><br/>As the Lead Product Marketer focused on HubSpot's emerging builder portfolio, you'll define how organizations discover, understand, and adopt a new generation of AI-powered building experiences. You'll own the go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of products including Agent CLI, some of our Marketplace inventory like AI Connectors with ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and Gemini, workflow templates, strategic integrations, and future general builder experiences while partnering closely across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Legal. <br/><br/><strong>What You'll Do</strong><br/><ul><li>Lead go-to-market strategy and launch execution for Agent CLI, AI Connectors, and other general builder products & strategic integrations in partnership with product leadership.</li><li>Define and message to HubSpot's general builder persona.</li><li>Identify and experiment with new routes to market that drive awareness and adoption among general and AI-assisted builders.</li><li>Develop launch assets, enablement materials, campaign messaging, FAQs, and customer-facing content to reach non-traditional builders and AI-assisted users.</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, customer feedback, and usage data to refine go-to-market strategy and improve adoption outcomes.</li><li>Support builder-focused events and launch moments, including quarterly builder events and product showcases, biannual Spotlights, etc.</li><li>Develop positioning, messaging, and launch strategy for emerging builder products.</li><li>Partner closely with Product Marketing teammates to ensure consistent messaging across AI connectors, agents, and ecosystem experiences.</li><li>Measure product adoption, gather customer insights, and refine messaging to accelerate ecosystem growth and API monetization outcomes.</li><li>Partner with Agent Builder PMM on messaging across HubSpot, Custom, and External Agents.</li></ul><strong><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></strong><br/><strong><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></strong><br/><ul><li>High ownership mindset and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.</li><li>Experience leading product marketing strategy and launches for SaaS or platform products.</li><li>Proven ability to develop positioning and messaging for new or evolving product categories.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to simplify technically complex concepts for business audiences.</li><li>Experience building go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and customer engagement.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong executive storytelling, and the ability to influence senior leaders.</li><li>Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience leveraging AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency, accelerate execution, and scale marketing operations - this role is for someone who builds this way themselves.</li></ul><strong><strong>Nice-to-Have Qualifications</strong></strong><br/><ul><li>Familiarity with AI-powered productivity or automation tools.</li><li>Experience marketing products for builders, or both technical and nontechnical audiences.</li><li>Experience supporting monetization, marketplaces, or ecosystem growth initiatives.</li><li>Experience with developer platforms, APIs, AI products, or ecosystem strategies.</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Pay & Benefits</strong><br/><br/>The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot's equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
