HYR Global Source Inc is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and support reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI across core HCM modules. The role involves developing HCM reports, building interactive dashboards, writing SQL queries, and supporting testing during cloud updates. Responsibilities • Develop and support HCM reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI • Build interactive dashboards with KPIs, prompts, and drill-downs • Write and optimize SQL queries for HCM data • Gather and translate reporting requirements with HR/functional teams • Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing reports • Support testing and maintenance during quarterly cloud updates Skills • 8–10+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM reporting experience • Strong hands-on expertise with BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI • Advanced SQL and data analysis skills • Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM (not EBS) • Understanding of role-based data security • Hands-on developer/analyst profile (not functional/architect/lead) • Experience in higher education or public sector • Exposure to AI reporting, Python, or Oracle EPM integrations Company Overview • Established in 2013.
