Work you'll do/Responsibilities

You will serve as a Scrum Master for a Data & Analytics agile product team operating in a SAFe environment as part of a Data & Analytics Foundry staff augmentation program supporting numerous business product teams (approx. 235 resources across onshore and offshore).
  • Facilitate SAFe/Agile team ceremonies and enable consistent iteration execution across the product team.
  • Partner with the Product Owner and team to support backlog readiness and day-to-day flow of work through the sprint/iteration.
  • Coordinate with onshore/offshore team members and adjacent product teams to manage dependencies and maintain delivery alignment.
  • Identify and remove impediments; manage and escalate risks/issues to keep delivery on track.
  • Track and communicate delivery status and team progress; drive continuous improvement actions.
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

Qualifications

Required
  • 1+ years of experience supporting Agile delivery as a Scrum Master
  • 1+ years of experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (iteration/sprint planning, daily standups, reviews/demos, retrospectives) and driving impediment removal in an Agile environment.
  • 1+ years of experience with project management for AI and data/analytics initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred
  • SAFe certification and/or hands-on SAFe experience
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
  • Excellent written and communication skills

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,200 to $100,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
