This is a unique opportunity to work 100% remotely, collaborate with veterinary specialists worldwide, and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge diagnostic services—while operating independently as a contractor.</p><p><b>Full role details below (complete job description):</b></p><h2>Position Overview</h2><p>Zoetis is seeking a Virtual Lab Coordinator (Contractor) to provide operational support for our Clinical Consultation Service and Imagyst Digital Cytopathology service. The contractor will interact with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and veterinary customers, ensuring streamlined service delivery and optimal client satisfaction.</p><p>This arrangement does not constitute an employment relationship with Zoetis. No employee benefits are provided and the contractor will operate independently, under the terms outlined by the contract and supervising manager.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Support the daily workflow of the Global Digital Cytopathology Service and Clinical Consultation Service under guidance from Virtual Laboratory Managers.</li><li>Review and validate clinical consultation requests per process guidelines.</li><li>Monitor shared mailboxes and chat channels, triaging and responding to service inquiries within agreed timeframes.</li><li>Troubleshoot platform issues for Zoetis colleagues, customers, and contract consultants.
