Wichita Family Dental East is seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. We are looking for a punctual, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about patient care, thrives in a team environment, and delivers exceptional clinical experiences. This role offers commission-based pay tied to clinical production, providing an excellent opportunity for motivated hygienists to be rewarded for their work.

Schedule
Friday and Saturday


Key Responsibilities


  • Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planning
  • Conduct periodontal charting and thorough patient assessments
  • Take and review digital radiographs (X-rays)
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventative treatments
  • Identify and communicate areas of concern to the doctor
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols
  • Create a comfortable and positive experience for patients

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Active Dental Hygienist license in the applicable state required
  • Current CPR/BLS certification required
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care
