Ghostwriter + YouTube Live Moderator Needed — Short-Term, Flexible Availability (June 2026)

Other Jobs To Apply

We're a personal finance education brand looking for a sharp, reliable ghostwriter and live event moderator to support our team for a short engagement in June. The ideal person can jump in on short notice — the live event date will be confirmed last-minute from a small set of options.

**The role involves two parts:**

1. **Ghostwriting inside our private Circle community (June 24, 25, 26)** — responding to member questions in the voice of our founder. Estimated ~1 hour per day or less. Training and voice guidelines will be provided.

2. **Moderating one YouTube Live event** — keeping the chat on track, surfacing questions, and ensuring the session runs smoothly and compliantly. The event is in partnership with a financial services brand, so you'll be trained on pre-approved FAQs and compliance guidelines. Full training materials provided.

The date will be one of the following (TBC last-minute):

- Thursday, June 18 @ 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET

- Friday, June 19 @ 5 PM PT / 8 PM ET

- Saturday, June 20 @ 11 AM PT / 2 PM ET

- POTENTIALLY another slot outside of these options

**You're a great fit if you:**

- Are available across all potential live event slots above (we'll confirm one closer to the date)

- Have flexible availability for the final week of June for ghostwriting

- Have experience ghostwriting, community management, or moderating live streams (YouTube Live experience a plus)

- Are comfortable in the personal finance / investing space (or willing to learn fast from our materials)

- Write clearly, warmly, and can adapt to a specific brand voice

- Are detail-oriented and follow compliance guidelines carefully

**Logistics:**

- Short-term engagement (one live event + final week of June ghostwriting)

- Fully remote

- Hourly rate — please share your rate in your application

**To apply, please include:**

- A short note on your relevant experience

- Confirmation your schedule is flexible for potential live event dates/times

- Any examples of ghostwriting, community moderation, or live stream moderation work

Looking to hire quickly. Thanks!
