Operations could include fabrication, machine operation, CNC, maintenance, sandblasting, finishing, paint, welding, material handling, along with shipping and receiving. This role operates production equipment, a strong commitment to safety and quality for our customers, and willingness to cross-train within.</p><br><p><strong>What you'll be Doing as an Operator:</strong></p><br><ul><br> <li>Operate and support production processes along with following all standardized work equipment. </li><br> <li>Perform quality checks and Inspection as needed.</li><br> <li>Problem solving, continuous improvement, learning to recognize malfunctions before they malfunction! </li><br> <li>Understanding the correct way to handle materials in your specific area. (Fabrication, Finishing, Saw, Blast, Welding, etc.) </li><br> <li>Reading a tape measure accurately.
