About the Role

Property managers deal with enough boring software. We're building the opposite of that, and we need a Marketing Specialist to help make sure our marketing matches the energy. You'll drive content and campaigns across the funnel (feature releases, product updates, campaign planning, and website pages), turning big ideas into copy that's sharp, human, and unmistakably Rentvine, and help our team manage projects to completion.

This isn't a heads-down writing role. We lean on AI tools to speed up first drafts, so you'll spend more time on campaign execution and less time staring at a blank page. You'll also flex into social scheduling, project management, and ad creative adjustments; this role is built for range, not just one lane.

What You'll Do

Content & Campaigns (60%)

  • Turn feature releases, product updates, and campaigns into content that speaks directly to property managers - clear, benefit-driven, and easy to act on.
  • Support campaign planning: messaging, timelines, and content calendars for launches and always-on initiatives.
  • Build and update website pages, from landing pages to blog posts, keeping our site fresh and on-brand.
  • Put Rentvine's benefits and product value front and center across sales enablement materials, one-pagers, and in-app announcements.
  • Keep our brand voice consistent everywhere: every post, every page, every pixel sounds like Rentvine.

Marketing Generalist Support (40%)

  • Assist with scheduling and publishing social content across platforms, keeping our channels active and on-brand.
  • Help project-manage marketing initiatives: organizing timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and keeping campaigns on track.
  • Manage and adjust ad creative with the help of our demand gen team (starting with Meta Ads Manager) to keep campaigns fresh and performing.
  • Team up with sales and marketing to build promotional assets, event materials, and product collateral.

Qualifications

  • Location: This remote position is strictly reserved for candidates who reside in Florida outside of commuting distance to our Estero, FL office.
    • Note: If you live within commuting distance of Estero, FL, please apply via our Onsite job posting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in content marketing, copywriting, or product marketing (SaaS or B2B a plus).
  • A natural storyteller; sharp, engaging, and just as strong in writing as you are on your feet.
  • Comfortable using Claude and/or other AI tools to speed up ideation, brainstorming, and first drafts.
  • Grasp of SEO, content marketing, paid media strategies and platforms.
  • Sharp attention to detail and strong research instincts.
  • Comfortable jumping into a huddle with product, design, growth, and sales.
  • Experience with content, project management, or social scheduling tools (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot, Hootsuite) a plus.
  • Basic website/CMS experience and familiarity with Meta Ads Manager are a plus.
  • Ready to wear multiple hats - this is a generalist seat on a fast-moving team.

Why Rentvine?

This is your shot to shape how thousands of property managers discover the tools that make their jobs easier — through the content you create, the campaigns you help plan, and the marketing engine you help run day to day. Backed by a fast-moving team (and some AI horsepower), you'll get real ownership from day one.
