Job Overview:

We’re seeking a results-driven Quantitative Analyst (Master’s in Applied Math/Statistics) – Paid Media Optimization with a passion for performance marketing and a curiosity for AI. In this role, you’ll drive high-impact advertising strategies across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook, while also helping clients fully utilize PSAI’s proprietary AI software to optimize their campaigns. Your work will sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and innovation—empowering clients to reach the right audience at the right time with intelligent targeting and insights.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage PSAI’s AI-powered software to build smarter, more efficient paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and other key platforms.
  • Tailor strategies for clients to ensure their campaigns align with their business goals and deliver the maximum possible impact.
  • Lead the development of media buying strategies, ensuring they are cost-effective, efficient, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Ensure that all campaigns are strategically aligned, set up for success, and optimized to achieve the highest possible performance for clients.
  • Act as a strategic advisor for your clients, providing expert insights on best practices for paid media, creative strategies, and performance optimization.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and tailor paid media strategies to meet those objectives.
  • Educate clients on the effective use of PSAI software and advertising platforms to help them navigate their digital marketing journey.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and ensuring client satisfaction through continued optimization and growth.
  • Collaborate with our AI product and analytics teams to ensure advertising campaigns are continuously learning and improving from the data.
  • Continuously analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPC (Cost Per Click), ROI, conversion rates, and other important metrics across multiple paid media channels.
  • Implement data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize and enhance campaigns for better results.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads Manager to measure performance and report back to clients with clear, actionable insights.
