Job Title: Remote Appointment Setter (1099, Commission Only)
Company: Async Ecom
Location: Remote (U.S. preferred)
Compensation: 50% Commission (Bi-Weekly Payouts)

Overview

Async Ecom is hiring remote appointment setters to help book qualified calls with professionals interested in building an additional income stream through eCommerce and paid TikTok ads.

This is a lean, performance-driven role designed for serious, hungry people who want to hunt down deals. This is not a traditional role or standard commission rate—we offer a high-payout 50% commission for reps focused on results. Expect ~3–5 hours per week to start. This functions as an easy second job; most of our reps are working two jobs, and we actually prefer candidates who are currently employed and already familiar with LinkedIn and remote online work environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Connect with prospects on LinkedIn (busy professionals)
  • Run simple outbound messaging sequences (automation + manual follow-up)
  • Engage replies and qualify interest
  • Book calls directly to the founder’s calendar

That’s it—no closing, no fulfillment.

Compensation

  • 50% commission per closed deal (high payout for minimal time commitment)
  • Bi-weekly payouts

Tech Stack Coverage:
Current reps utilize Dripify Pro Plan ($89/mo) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Pro. Until your first deal is closed, you will cover your own tech stack. We are hiring on the spot for people who can comfortably afford this software setup to get running immediately. If you are not comfortable or able to afford this tool overhead, please do not apply.

* Once you have your first deal closed, you will be issued a digital company card monthly to fully cover your tech stack moving forward, and your initial tool costs will be fully reimbursed in your first commission paycheck.

Requirements

  • Self-starter (this is 1099—no hand-holding)
  • Very autonomous and independent
  • Strong written communication
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn for outreach
  • Willing to follow a proven messaging framework
  • Sales experience required

Work Environment

  • Fully remote
  • Flexible hours (work when you want)

Highly Autonomous System:
You will follow a highly detailed, simple 40-page Google Doc playbook that outlines your scripts and workflow.

Direct Slack access to the founder (Julian) to track and monitor your booked calls or answer any quick questions.

  • No corporate structure or micromanagement

Growth Opportunity

High performers can:

  • Increase volume and earnings quickly
  • Transition into a full-time closer role
  • Receive direct sales training from the founder

Ideal For

  • Entry-level or experienced sales reps
  • Currently employed professionals looking for high-leverage side income
  • Anyone looking to add $2K–$6K+/month in side income
  • People interested in eCommerce, TikTok ads, and online business

Notes

This role is simple, but it’s not for everyone:

  • We’re not looking for slackers
  • Results > activity
  • High commission = high ownership

How to Apply

Submit your application with:

  • Your LinkedIn profile
  • A short note explaining your experience and confirming you are comfortable with the initial software setup.

If you're selected, we move fast and hire on the spot.
