Job Description:

  • Plan, monitor, and manage Market Conduct Exam projects from initiation through completion
  • Leverage business expertise across Market Conduct Exams to ensure Aetna Pharmacy meets compliance standards and state regulations
  • Secure resources and manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes using formal processes and tools
  • Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize responses and ensure on-time completion
  • Collect facts and use clinical analytical capabilities to provide guidance on Market Conduct Exams
  • Research and respond to complex compliance requests for information
  • Monitor pharmacy compliance activities, identify and report trends, and streamline Market Conduct Exam processes
  • Collaborate with teams to develop responses and identify potential compliance changes
  • Gather information and develop responses for Market Conduct Exams with the compliance regulatory team
  • Refine business needs analysis methods and establish process improvement requirements and specifications
