Job Description
The Office Assistant plays a vital role in supporting a large team of 15+ members by managing a range of administrative and clerical tasks.
Reporting to the Administrative Director, this position handles routine daily activities along with varied and project-based assignments requiring strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
The role also involves occasional local travel and contributes to maintaining efficient office operations.
Responsibilities
* Manage reception duties and greet visitors
* Perform filing and document preparation efficiently
* Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
* Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
* Process incoming and outgoing mail
* Oversee inventory and office supply management
* Provide customer support and answer phone calls
* Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in office administration
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong data entry and customer service skills
* Excellent time management and communication abilities
* Organizational skills and ability to multitask
* Basic bookkeeping knowledge
