Certified Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor

Part-Time Strength & Conditioning Coach / Certified Personal Trainer

MADabolic Pittsburgh is hiring part-time coaches for our Strip District and North Hills locations.

This is not a cheerleader with a microphone hype role.

This is a coaching role inside a structured strength and conditioning system. The workouts are already programmed. Your job is to coach the people in front of you: demonstrate clearly, cue in real time, correct movement, control the room, and uphold the training standard.

We’re looking for candidates who move well, communicate clearly, take feedback, and want to become better coaches.

You do not need to know the MADabolic system before applying. You do need to be physically competent, coachable, reliable, and willing to be evaluated.
