Product Owner / Scrum Master (Power BI, Agile, Data Analytics)

We are seeking an experienced AI-focused Product Owner / Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery across cross-functional technology teams. This role requires a strong facilitator and Agile leader who can guide teams, remove blockers, and improve delivery outcomes while working closely with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of Agile leadership, data analytics expertise, Power BI reporting, and hands-on experience with AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Coach teams on Scrum, Agile best practices, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning
  • Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery
  • Use Power BI to build dashboards, reports, and track delivery metrics
  • Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, improve team productivity, and enhance analysis
  • Apply coding/scripting skills when needed for automation, data analysis, or technical insights
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on dependencies, risks, and implementation planning
  • Provide status updates, performance metrics, and insights to stakeholders
  • Drive Agile transformation initiatives through coaching and training
  • Act as a bridge between business, product, and technical teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
  • Advanced Excel/data analysis skills for reporting and insights
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools/platforms for productivity and automation
  • Strong expertise in Power BI (dashboards, reporting, data visualization)
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
  • Basic coding/scripting experience (Python, SQL, or similar)
  • Experience working with cybersecurity or enterprise technology teams
  • Additional Agile certifications are a plus

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
