This role serves as a vital link between the client and Sedgwick, ensuring timely and accurate claim initiation, which lays the foundation for excellent service delivery.</p><p></p><p><b><u>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES</u></b></p><ul><li>Reviews incoming emails to identify and gather necessary claim details.</li><li>Inputs claim information into the system according to organizational protocols.</li><li>Verifies the completeness and accuracy of submitted documents.</li><li>Assigns claims using provided tools, including the “All Clients List” and specialized spreadsheets to identify the appropriate client, apply special instructions, and determine claim-specific coding requirements such as office code.</li><li>Collaborates with relevant parties to gather necessary claim information and ensure accurate setup.</li><li>Maintains quality by accurately following client-specific set-up instructions and ensuring all required data is correctly entered.
