We’re currently looking for: <b>Manager of Internal Audit & Compliance</b><br><br><b><span>As a </span>Manager of Internal Audit & Compliance you will be reporting to the VP of Internal Audit</b> and <span>will be a high-impact leader responsible for executing our global audit strategy in a high-growth, Bay Area tech environment. This is a "player-coach" role where you will manage the day-to-day execution of </span>SOX 404 compliance<span>, lead </span>Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)<span> initiatives, and pioneer the use of </span>AI and Automation<span> to modernize our audit workflows. You will navigate complex operational and IT landscapes, ensuring our controls scale as fast as our technology.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>SOX & Financial Controls:<span> Manage the end-to-end global SOX program. Drive the scoping, documentation <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">(narratives/matrices),</span> and testing of key financial controls. Partner with business owners to remediate deficiencies and ensure "audit-ready" status year-round.</span></p></li><li><p>ERM & Strategic Risk:<span> Support the VP and Director in facilitating the </span>Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)<span><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;"> framework. </span></span></p></li><li><p>Next-Gen Auditing:<span> Drive the adoption of </span>AI, machine learning, and automation<span> tools to transition from sample-based testing to continuous monitoring and full-population data analysis.</span></p></li><li><p>Operational & Strategic Audits:<span> Lead complex audits focused on operational efficiency, product security, and scalable business processes, providing "root cause" insights rather than just finding errors. Also conduct confidential investigations as and when required.</span></p></li><li><p>Cross-Functional Partnership:<span> Function as a trusted advisor to process owners, senior management and IT Management, evaluating the risk landscape for new and emerging risks, for new product launches, M&A activity, and system implementations Function as a partner with external auditors.</span></p></li><li><p>Board Reporting:<span> Assist in the preparation of compelling reports and Audit Committee updates for the </span>Audit Committee<span> and senior management, translating complex business and technical risks into clear, actionable business insights.</span></p></li><li><p>Team Development:<span> Mentor a high-performing team of audit professionals across different geographies fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovative thinking.</span></p></li><li><p>Audit Reporting:<span> Draft high-quality audit reports for senior management that go beyond "finding errors" to provide strategic insights and root-cause analysis.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>7-10 years<span> of relevant combined experience in Internal Audit, SOX, and IT audit within a multinational tech company and in a Big 4 firm.</span></p></li><li><p>Certifications:<span> CPA/CA/CIA is required.
