Monday.com Expert & Workflow Consultant (Personal + Small Business Productivity)

Other Jobs To Apply

I'm looking for an experienced Monday.com specialist to help me take my workspace to the next level.

I already have an intermediate-level Monday.com setup with several boards that I use for both my consulting work and my personal projects. The foundation is there, but I know I'm not taking advantage of everything Monday.com has to offer.

Rather than simply hiring someone to build a board, I'm looking for someone who can serve as a consultant and coach—someone who can review what I have, identify opportunities for improvement, and teach me how to manage my work more effectively.

Ultimately, I want to build a system that is easy to maintain, keeps projects moving forward, and helps me stay organized without adding unnecessary complexity.

What I'm Looking For

I would like someone who can:

Assess my existing Monday.com workspace

Recommend improvements to my board structure

Simplify and streamline my workflow

Help me better organize both personal and business projects

Recommend best practices for project management

Design useful dashboards and views

Build practical automations that save time

Improve task tracking and follow-up

Help me create a system that I'll actually use consistently

Provide one-on-one coaching so I understand how everything works

I'm not looking for the most complex solution possible. I'm looking for the most effective solution.

Current Environment

My team is small—only five people, including myself.

Our work isn't highly technical, but we manage many projects simultaneously, and I want a system that gives me better visibility into priorities, deadlines, and progress.

Future Integrations

I'm also interested in developing a broader productivity strategy that connects Monday.com with other tools I use, including:

Airtable

Google Drive

Zoom

Calendly

ChatGPT and AI tools

Other workflow automation tools when appropriate

If you have experience designing workflows across multiple platforms, that's a significant plus.

What Success Looks Like

By the end of this project, I'd like to have:

A cleaner, more organized Monday.com workspace

Better project visibility

Useful automations

Consistent project templates

Clear workflows for personal and business projects

A sustainable system that's easy to maintain

Greater confidence using Monday.com's advanced features

Proposal Request

To help me evaluate applicants, I'd appreciate a short introduction video (1–3 minutes).

In your video, please briefly introduce yourself and tell me:

Your experience with Monday.com

The types of organizations you've helped

Your approach to improving workflows

An example of a productivity improvement you've implemented

This doesn't need to be professionally produced—a simple webcam or screen recording is perfectly fine. Seeing how you communicate and explain ideas is just as important to me as your technical expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

Monday.com implementation or consulting experience

Experience optimizing workflows for small teams

Strong understanding of automations, dashboards, and board architecture

Ability to teach and coach—not just build

Experience integrating Monday.com with other productivity tools

Excellent communication skills

Project Structure

I'd like to begin with an assessment of my current workspace. From there, we can develop a roadmap for improvements and work together through implementation over a series of coaching sessions.

If this goes well, I'm interested in building a long-term relationship for future workflow improvements as my business grows.
