Senior Meta Ads Growth Manager (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads professional to join our remote performance marketing team.

This role is ideal for someone who has successfully managed large advertising budgets, built scalable acquisition systems, and consistently improved ROAS across multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

* Plan, launch, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

* Manage monthly advertising budgets ranging from $50,000 to $500,000+.

* Optimize campaign structure, bidding strategies, audiences, and creatives.

* Analyze performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and conversion rate.

* Conduct A/B testing and develop data-driven optimization strategies.

* Collaborate with designers and copywriters to improve creative performance.

* Produce clear performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

* 5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.

* Proven experience managing high monthly ad spend.

* Strong understanding of Pixel, Conversion API, Events Manager, and attribution.

* Advanced knowledge of audience targeting, scaling strategies, and campaign optimization.

* Experience using GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics platforms.

* Excellent analytical and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with agencies or high-growth brands.

* Portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable campaign results.

* Experience with lead generation or eCommerce campaigns.
