<div><strong>About the Role:</strong></div><div>Platform Integrity Analysts are responsible for reviewing user activity, identifying fraudulent behavior, and ensuring accurate, fair outcomes. This is an execution-focused role centered on consistent, high-quality review work within established guidelines. Success in this role is driven by productivity, accuracy, and adherence to SOPs.</div><div><br></div><div>This is a full-time, temporary role for 1 year, that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Role Responsibilities: </strong></div><ul><li class="">Review user accounts and transactions for fraudulent activity using internal tools</li><li class="">Meet performance expectations</li><li class="">Apply SOPs to make accurate, consistent decisions</li><li class="">Maintain quality standards</li><li class="">Escalate cases that fall outside defined guidelines</li><li class="">Accurately track time, follow schedules, and maintain operational discipline</li><li class="">Stay current on fraud trends, tools, and process updates</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li class="">Independently executes standard workflows with moderate complexity and consistent accuracy</li><li class="">Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes</li><li class="">Ability to work efficiently in high-volume, repetitive workflows</li><li class="">Sound judgment within established guidelines; knows when to escalate</li><li class="">Reliable, consistent execution with minimal rework</li><li class="">Comfortable with tools, data, and case-based review work</li><li class="">Strong time management and accountability</li><li class="">Must be available to work weekends</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Preferred Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li class="">Previous experience in fraud detection, trust & safety, risk operations, or account review environments</li><li class="">Experience using case management platforms, handling repetitive workflows while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy</li><li class="">Familiarity with Google Workspace tools including Google Sheets, Docs, and Gmail</li><li class="">Experience communicating and collaborating in Slack or similar platforms</li><li class="">Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools simultaneously in a fast-paced operational environment</li><li class="">Experience working in KPI-driven environments with productivity and quality expectations</li><li class="">Ability to adapt quickly to changing SOPs, fraud tactics, and operational priorities</li></ul><div> </div><div><strong>Compensation: </strong></div><div>At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages including base, equity, and benefits to the exceptional folks we hire.
