To that end, we seek to recruit, develop and retain the most talented people from a diverse candidate pool.<br><br><strong>About the Role: <br><br></strong>This is an entry level / early career IT role and you are expected to have fundamental IT experience and the willingness to learn and be a part of a team. You will provide technical assistance and support for incoming requests and issues related to internal computer systems, software, and hardware. You will respond to internal users in person, over Zoom, or Slack and assist in administering enterprise applications. This position will report to the Manager, IT. You will be expected to operate under PCI and SOC compliance IT general controls.<br><br>This role will require someone who can handle prioritizing competing requests, has good interpersonal and communication skills, and is eager to learn. The role also requires you to be located in the Austin area with the ability to be in the office 4-5 days a week.<br><br><strong>What you'll do: <br><br></strong><ul><li>Handle IT requests from internal users through Jira Service Desk </li><li>Diagnose, research, and resolve technical hardware and software issues</li><li>Manage user accounts and access across multiple applications </li><li>Assist with administering new and existing infrastructure or SaaS applications</li><li>Document processes and procedures with the appropriate level of detail </li><li>Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution </li><li>Diagnose and resolve issues with conference room tech and AV equipment</li><li>Learn and use AI tools (e.g., Claude) to automate IT provisioning and processes<br><br></li></ul><strong>What you'll have: </strong> <br><br><ul><li>0-3 years of enterprise IT support experience </li><li>HS Diploma or GED equivalent; college degree or certifications preferred</li><li>Required working knowledge of MacOS and Google Workspaces </li><li>Work experience with the following is preferred:</li><ul><li>Okta </li><li>Jamf </li><li>Netskope</li><li>Slack </li><li>Gitlab </li><li>AWS </li><li>Atlassian Jira and Confluence </li><li>Claude or similar AI tools</li></ul><li>Experience with Identity & Access Governance principles, and technologies including SAML and SCIM integrations </li><li>Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted<br></li></ul><strong><em>Base salary range: $60,000-75,000 annually.
