<strong>Overview<br><br></strong><strong>Location</strong>: Open to all PEP hubs. Ideally in Plano or NYC (SoHo), but can be based in Chicago or Purchase.<br><br><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>This role leads retail media search marketing for Walmart in the PepsiCo North America Commerce business. The associate will be hands-on-keyboard to execute and optimize retail media search campaigns. You will be a trusted thought partner with business stakeholders (marketing & sales), WMC, and data science teams to design and execute best-in-class retail media search marketing campaigns, report on key metrics to deliver on how the channel is driving customer and business value. You will execute reporting needs that help stakeholders understand effectiveness of the channel and develop and implement recommendations on how to improve business results. Your work will be critical to help improve the value driven through Digital Commerce platforms with retail media search being a significant portion of our marketing investment.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Retail Media Search Execution:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Create & execute retail media search campaigns across assigned retailer platforms, supporting the full PepsiCo portfolio of brands.</li><li>Optimize campaigns at regular cadence to hit key KPIs</li><li>Analyze and report out on campaign performance, impact, and learnings<br><br></li></ul><strong>Campaign planning and stakeholder alignment:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Drive forecasting process across budgets, ensure pacing, adjustments and alignment to any budget changes</li><li>Ensure deployment of best practices across all retail media search activities; communicate gaps and opportunities </li><li>Proactively seek out new opportunities to grow search campaigns via new campaign strategies and tactics, creative testing, landing page optimizations, enhanced automation tests, and keyword expansion<br><br></li></ul><strong>Reporting and optimization:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Execute reporting for internal stake holders, proactively work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver reporting solutions</li><li>Navigate cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, digital/tech product, etc.) to build in-depth knowledge of business objectives and product mix to identify growth opportunities on retail media search</li><li>Test and measure new retail media partner capabilities and scale positive outcomes<br><br></li></ul><strong>Compensation and Benefits:<br><br></strong><ul><li>The expected compensation range for this position is between $80,700 - $135,100.</li><li>Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
