  • Collaborate with external clients and internal clients to improve processes, drive outcomes and build lasting relationships

– Process transactions, confirmations and manage exceptions and risk

– Perform root cause analysis to identify and drive process improvements

– Deliver timely and complete resolutions to the client

– Assist with new client set up and ensure the first trades are processed correctly

– Proactively manage the Client experience, anticipate needs and provide excellent client service

– Collaborate across Operations team to identify process efficiencies and solutions

  • Nashville: the salary range for this role is $50000 to $65000

Your team

You’ll be working in the US Fixed Income Client Services team. We provide transactional support for institutional clients, as well as interact with multiple stakeholders internally including sales traders, front office support teams, settlements and static data teams. You will draw on the strengths of UBS platforms, products, services, and people worldwide to provide exceptional client service.

Your expertise

You have:

– A university degree

– strong computer skills and the willingness to learn new programs

– previous client services experience

– the proven ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels

You are:

– adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills

– driven, able to work under pressure and multitask

– comfortable working with internal and external clients

– skilled at looking for ways to improve (you’re a keen observer and problem solver)

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

  • United States - Tennessee - Nashville min USD 55000 - max USD 62000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
