<p> </p><p>We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to work with our clients to deliver the P10 experience. As a part of the team, you will play a role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting client success and account growth, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns and tactical pull through. You will be the conduit between our clients and the delivery team, collaborating closely with project management and your core internal team to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction. You have a deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and a relentless commitment to client satisfaction. You will report to the <strong>Director of Client Services or another senior account person. </strong></p> <p>This role is open to fully remote candidates in the United States located in NY, NJ or PA. Travel will be required up 20% to client sites who is located in PA. </p> <br><br><p></p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>Responsibilities:</b><div> <p>Client Relationship Management:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Build and cultivate strong, long-lasting client relationships. </p> </li> <li> <p>Support the senior account team in managing client communication -  understanding their needs, objectives, and ever-changing challenges.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proactively work to identify areas of opportunity to add value to your accounts.  </p> </li> </ul> <p>Strategic Account Management:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Understand the client’s business, disease area(s), and brand/product strategy.  </p> </li> <li> <p>Work collaboratively with clients and the P10 internal team to develop and execute unique and powerful strategic marketing plans for your brands.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects. </p> </li> </ul> <p>Financial Oversight:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support the senior account team by identifying scope gaps and flagging proactively.</p> </li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><b>Requirements: </b><div> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or other related field. </p> </li> <li> <p>2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising (or other regulated industry).</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven track record of building and managing client relationships, continuously delivering successful marketing solutions and achieving revenue growth.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong understanding of medical, legal and regulatory compliance and MLR submission and approval process in the United States and/or Canada.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability and desire to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, collaborative environment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong organizational skills.</p> </li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><p></p> <div>$80,000 - $95,000 a year</div> <p> </p><p>Interested in working with us?
