<p>We are seeking a <strong>Marketing Analyst</strong> to join our team. In this role, you will analyze and report on social media performance, campaign effectiveness, and social listening insights to help shape strategy and improve outcomes for our clients.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will report to the <strong>Head of Analytics</strong> and work closely with account, content, and strategy teams to ensure campaigns are informed by clear, actionable data.This role is open to candidates located anywhere in the <strong>United States or Canada</strong>. Because our clients are typically based in the Eastern Time Zone, availability to work EST hours is required.<br><br></p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>Responsibilities:</b><div> <ul> <li>Use social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, or similar platforms to monitor online conversations and audience trends.</li> <li> <p>Analyze sentiment, audience behavior, content performance, and emerging trends to uncover actionable insights.</p> </li> <li> <p>Build and maintain clear, visually engaging dashboards for both internal teams and client-facing stakeholders.</p> </li> <li> <p>Translate data into strategic recommendations that improve targeting, messaging, channel effectiveness, and campaign performance.</p> </li> <li> <p>Partner with account managers, content creators, and strategy teams to support data-driven decision-making throughout campaign planning and execution.</p> </li> <li> <p>Research emerging trends in social media, digital marketing, and audience behavior to inform client strategy.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support reporting deliverables across channels by understanding data structure, tagging, measurement strategy, and reporting requirements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all analytics deliverables.</p> </li> <li> <p>Gather, process, and interpret data from digital and social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other relevant channels.</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop regular and ad hoc reports that evaluate campaign performance against KPIs.</p> </li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><b>Requirements:</b><div> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.</p> </li> <li> <p>2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or agency sector.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience analyzing performance across social media platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, and other digital channels.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency with social media analytics tools, including Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, X/Twitter Analytics, or similar platforms.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with social listening platforms such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, or comparable tools.</p> </li> <li> <p>Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools is a plus.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights in a compelling and accessible way.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong attention to detail and a commitment to reporting accuracy.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.</p> </li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><p></p> <div>$60,000 - $80,000 a year</div> <p> </p><p>Interested in working with us?
