Our client, an innovative InsureTech technology provider specializing in compliance and insurance product management, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their dynamic team. You will be part of the strategic leadership supporting the product development and market expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

  • Job Title: Senior Product Manager
  • Location: 100% Remote (EST / CST only)
  • Type: Direct Hire / Permanent
  • Pay Range: $150,000 - $175,000 + Bonus

What's the Job?

  • Lead the in-market product strategy, roadmap, and feature set to drive growth in the North American insurance market.
  • Develop and execute an overarching vision for the product, aligning with market needs and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
  • Work closely with product development teams to prioritize features, review deliverables, and ensure product quality.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and industry events to promote the product and gather valuable market insights.

What's Needed?

  • Prior product management experience within an InsureTech provider or property & casualty insurance carrier.
  • Strong understanding of compliance-focused insurance processes and regulatory impacts.
  • Technical proficiency with insurance software, compliance management tools, and document management systems.
  • More than five years of relevant professional experience, including experience in both service delivery and product management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
